location: the hotel was close enough to nelson airport as well as the beach, restaurants, cafes, pubs. i was surprised at nearby saltwater bar & kitchen, they had some goodies, drinks.

Excellent home base for exploring Nelson. Little and pleasant hotel in Nelson with WONDERFUL staff from a very nice welcome by Andrew on arrival to an equally nice end of stay farewell from the relieving Manager.

The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was super comfortable! We also loved the warm and friendly welcome we received from the staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was also impressive, and we appreciated the ample supply of teas, coffee, and toiletries.

While it didn't affect our overall stay too much, it would have been nice to receive a discount or some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

Great and incredible location, 15 minutes' walk to an expansive local beach. Nestled very close to restaurants and eateries. Huge and soundproof rooms with private bathrooms and a dishwasher, coffee/tea making facilities, and refrigerators...

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nelson. the location was perfect, right on the main street and close to everything. Secondly, the staff were welcoming and relaxed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a large bathroom that had amazing water pressure.

My experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.

The one bedroom apartment was super comfortable and spotless. The spa bath was an extra luxury to unwind and bath salts are provided. The owners were amazing and went above and beyond to help out. The location is great, close to the beach and sports playing grounds. The rooms were amongst the cleanest I have experienced. Chemical-free cleaning made the place comfortable and relaxing. The apartment afforded as much privacy as possible. Everything we needed was available. The motel is within walking distance of various eateries and the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Beaches! The manager and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and dinner places. The manager even arranged a taxi for us when we were planning to walk to the airport. The owners were also very friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do. The rooms were clean and the manager made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book at Beaches again!

Great stay! It was super easy to find the hotel and the location was perfect, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi during my stay.

The bathroom had a fan that did not work well, making it too steamy after showering and creating a slipping hazard due to the wet floors. the main road was very busy, causing some difficulty getting in and out of the motel.

This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are clean and cozy, with twin beds in the separate bedrooms and a large bathroom with amazing water pressure. The location is ideal, right on the main street and close to fantastic restaurants. The staff are friendly and provided excellent service.

We stayed at a hotel near the gorgeous beaches and lively restaurants. The room was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. The proprietors were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us fantastic suggestions for fun excursions nearby and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The location was convenient for all our activities, including the airport.

We found one aspect of the hotel impractical - the dinnerware was nice but couldn't be microwaved due to the silver edging.

The service at this hotel was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to meet our needs. We were impressed by the luxurious amenities, including private facilities and a beautiful garden area. The outdoor dining area and picnic tables provided a relaxing and comfortable space to enjoy meals.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the drainage in the bathroom, as the floor became slippery and wet after showering. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.
